Terms of Service

Payment is done in US dollars or in Euros, through Stripe (you will recieve a payment link). 50% of the amount should be sent before I start the animatic, and the other 50% upon completion. OR we can divide the amount to be paid upon completion of every phase (animatic, rough, line, color, and compositing). An overly complicated design might bump the price up.

I will refund the full amount if I hadn’t already started, and will deduct the cost of art done if you should request a refund at any point past that.

I don’t draw NSFW. I will make the full animation, including colors, backgrounds and FX, unless instructed otherwise.

You may use the art for any personal use as long as I'm credited. Commercial use costs an additional 100% of my base price, at which point you can use the art for any monetary gain.

My TAT will never be less than a week for animation. After that, you can estimate it by counting roughly a day by second of animation. I will update you if it takes longer. I will send you WIPs every few days. Feel free to ask for WIPs, just don’t do it daily.

My art cannot be used to train AI or make NFTs.
